Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light-touch therapy in which the practitioner holds points on the body from the sacral (tailbone) area, up the back, to the cranial (head) area. This technique helps the flow of cerebrospinal fluid that flows from the brain down the spinal cord and nourishes all parts of the body and nervous system. This therapy has been known to support and balance the nervous system, help the body heal from trauma, balance the energy body, reduce and relieve migraines and headaches, TMJ, neck and back pain, chronic pain and tension, and more.

The client remains fully clothed for this therapy. 60 Minutes. Appropriate for all ages. (Shorter sessions available for children.)

Raindrop Therapy is an essential oil bodywork therapy that uses 9 essential oils to bring about structural and electrical balancing and re-alignment to the body. The essential oils used in this therapy are powerfully antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal and are greatly detoxifying as well as therapeutic. The focus of this therapy is on the feet and back, along the spinal column. It uses massage-like techniques to rub the oils into the skin and finishes with a hot towel compress on the back. The essential oils used in this therapy are two blends, Valor and Aroma Siez, as well as oregano, thyme, basil, cypress, peppermint, wintergreen, and marjoram. This technique is supportive for anyone but especially wonderful for those experiencing spinal misalignment or other back issues and those that want to support the immune system.

This session requires the client to undress to a comfortable level. 60 Minutes. Ages: 16+

Note for pregnancy: basil and peppermint oils should be avoided during pregnancy

A woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a sleeveless beige top and taupe pants, is sitting on a bench with a beige cushion, writing in a notebook. She is in a room with wooden paneling on one side and a large abstract art piece leaning against the wall. The room is lit by sunlight coming through a window, casting shadows on the wall.

Lymphatic Drain uses light massage-like techniques on the whole body (neck, arms, legs, back, and abdomen) to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid to the lymph nodes in the body. This technique is lighter (unlike working the deeper muscles like a regular massage) because the lymphatic system flows just under the skin and requires only light, feathery pressure. Supporting lymph fluid movement towards the lymph nodes (where it drains) helps improve circulation, toxin elimination, fluid retention, movement of nutrients and hormones, and stimulates the parasympathetic (rest and relax) nervous system.

This session requires the client to undress to a comfortable level. 60 Minutes. Ages 16+.

Who is this for: anyone can benefit! Great for those that experience fluid retention, lymphedema, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, hormone imbalance, poor circulation, and those recovering from surgery.

Note for pregnancy: The abdomen work should be avoided during pregnancy and, in general, detoxification of all kinds should be avoided during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor or health practitioner to see if this session is right for you.

Therapeutic Bodywork

Bodywork uses traditional massage techniques in varying pressures to help relax the body, work the muscles, and relieve tension and stress in the tissues. An essential oil or two may be used during this session to help support the body.

This session requires the client to undress to a comfortable level. 60 Minutes. Ages 16+.

Polarity Energy Work

Polarity Energy Work is a gentle, light touch therapy that works with the energy body and the energy currents of our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies to remove stuck energy and bring about balance and healing. This technique works specifically with the energetic elements of ether, air, fire, water, and earth (each corresponding to different parts of the body). The light touch of this therapy helps to balance these if we are stuck in one or more of the energetic elements. The session also includes adding some magnets to parts of the body to bring an additional layer of balance to our polarity and electrical systems. What is most often experienced is a sense of complete relaxation and many will fall asleep, see images or colors, or feel different sensations such as tingling, twitching, warmth, or buzzing.

The client remains fully clothed for this session. 60 Minutes. Ages: 16+
